Hi. I've been playing for a few hours now and have messed around a lot with my ship's flight bindings for my xbox controller.
It's mostly good, however I noticed that there's no binding for forward/backward thrust axis in the alternate flight controls group.
I have the forward/backward thrust axis bound to the vertical axis on my controller's left stick, but I would like it so when I hold my alt. controls button, that axis controls up/down thrust, but due to the alt. controls not having an option for forward/backward thrust, when I hold the button, the vertical axis on my left stick thrusts the ship forward and up, or backward and down.
Is there any way to have the vertical axis of my stick just control forward thrust normally and vertical thrust in alt. control mode, rather than combining the two in alt mode?
If not, are there any plans to add the forward/backward axis to the alternate controls in the future? I've noticed several other threads with the same issue, but none of them really contained a clear answer.
