Community Event / Creation Alternative Pilots Licence

There is a splendid site where you can make your own pilots licence: http://proxero.com/elite/index.php

...but I always have trouble getting it to display the picture I want to use, so I made my own little licence builder. This one isn't on line, you use it locally. I did the licence in my signature with it.

It's only been tested on Widows 7. No reason it shouldn't work with Windows Vista or Windows 8 either, but I have not been able to test on those.

Small update. This will now work with 32 and 64 bit.

I'm using Windows Vista 32bit and I get the following error when I try to launch the application

I don't have a Vista machine to test on at the moment, but will see if I can get that sorted

It seems that it is not Vista compatible (but should work on Windows 8). I will create a Vista version and upload as soon as I can.
