Is there anything truly special about Arai's Mine beyond the helper app puts it on top and so the feedback cycle favors it? Tried it myself once and it wasn't any different for me than other mining bases I've raided.
OP, I watched some of your guide and it seems pretty good.
I do have on tip/criticism though: after you have level 3 security clearance, and have turned off the alarms, why turn off authorization scans? Those only affect the doors and if you leave it on, you can go anywhere (level 3 clearance) and potentially hostile NPCs can't always follow you. Unless you need to discard your security profile, I recommend never disabling authorization scans as disabling it has no benefit and leaving it enabled can offer you protection.
