Am I going crazy or are missiles the most bugged weapons in the game?

Seriously... heat seeker rack. Sometimes shooting backwards. Sometimes missiles teleporting around. Sometimes they vanish completely.
Dumbfire rack. Sometimes ammo for full salvo gets eaten and nothing ever comes out.
P. defense. Is that thing ignoring dumbfires even from med-long range?

Dumbfire missiles are op because they have no hitbox; the point defense turrets can do nothing about them.
