I was at Robigo Mines when the update hit.
Just logged in now...
Have these options at the main screen for Starport Services:

Home
Contacts(*)
Commodities Market
Universal Cartographihcs

So, I guess you can't get any missions here anymore, or am I missing something?
Is this just a dead station now?

Thanks for any help, want to make sure I have it right, before I fly back to the bubble with absolutely nothing in my hold!
