Am I the only one that can't buy SRV??

When I try to replace or buy a SRV it said that I already have one. Buy I don't. If I try to buy a new planetary vehicle hangar, the issue continue. Does anyone the same problem?

Today, It suddenly works. I am studying programming and I would love to see the ED code. I don't envy the people behind this game at all.
