Am I the only one who thinks the Type-10 "Midnight Black" skin should be BLACK?

 Initially I thought it looked pretty cool but having looked it over in detail and out of the hangar, the Type-10 Midnight Black skin has far too much space that is not black.

The topside surface looks like a giant checkerboard of silver, black and grey.
On a ship the size and shape of the Type-10 it really stands out.
Why do we need giant silver and grey painted areas on a supposedly "Midnight Black" ship?

Sort of defeats the purpose of having a BLACK ship, doesn't it?

Am I the only one who believes if we pay for a premium for a Midnight Black ship's skin, it be almost or ALL BLACK?

Come on, look at this. It stands out like a sore thumb, it looks like it should be called "Checkerboard" or maybe even "Zebra". I paid a premium for "Midnight Black", not "partly" or "sort of" midnight black . . .

Rest assured, "black" is only a question of definition. In 3.3, the sky above Shinrarta will be a in brown tone mostly in VR. So if you want to be invisible against the space background, brown might be what you are really looking for ;)

I guess the next premium paint series will need to be called "doo-doo Brown".

PS: The "Tactical" brown is exactly the same but brown where this is black. This "Midnight Black" is the ultimate low-to-no effort job.

Not all parts of the hull gets painted. This js mostly visible when having corroded paintjob on the Krait MK.II. Only around 60% of the hull gets painted, the remaining parts stay grey, especially around the SLF hangar and on top.
Sad that....
