6 months in using the rift and just had probably my best 'WOW' moment so far - have you visited Betelgeuse yet? An amazing system, the star is just HUGE and gives you a real sense of scale travelling past on the way to Betelgeuse 2 - the closest landable planet. The planet is approx 2,700 ls away however temperature is up at 56 degrees and fuel scoop is activated. The view from the surface in VR is incredible. You have the super massive star dominating the view, with the milky way highlighted across the top and behind and crab nebula in view. Breath-taking.
Does anybody else have any systems to share with the 'Wow' factor?
