Ambridge Wildlife Park, a sad story

Hey everyone, so a bit of a sad story here. The zoo I've worked on the longest now crashes my game every time I try to load it in. Maybe it's my computer, or the update did broke something, so I put it on the workshop, so someone else could continue building it. It's supposed to be a European Mountain Village zoo, the buildings are in a Tudor Style. if you do manage to load it up, please send/comment me some screenshots so I can remember this zoo. It was the first zoo I actually stuck with so I'm a little sad about it. Anyways, hope someone else can now enjoy it as much as I did! i know this isn't the usual thing that gets posted here so I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to do it.

I would reccomend sending the file to Frontier support team, they have been able to recover saves for people. Also, the new content will be patched as usual, so maybe its not lost yet.

Oh wow! I had no idea, do you know how I could access the files? I'm not super computer savvy ':)

Assuming you are playing on Windows and through Steam, this is how you do it (as far as I am aware):
In your Windows search bar, paste this in: %USERPROFILE% \Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Planet Zoo\
This should take you to a folder which will have a folder of your user ID in. If you go into that sub-folder you should see another folder called Saves. This should contain the save files but you will need to compare the file names with them in My Zoos in-game to find the correct one. Hope this helps!
