Hardware & Technical AMD FX8320 (Visher-Piledriver) 8 core AM3+ what motherboard ?

I am trying to build a pc with a powerful CPU and a cheaper motherboard: interesting idea ? or very bad idea ?
I just wonder if this motherboard:



(93€ in the nearest shop)

is good enough for this CPU:



if not what motherboard i should get ? pls suggest me something under 150€

same question for the lower AMD FX 6300

this (the cheapest one, 38€) motherboard:



can be good enough for a CPU like this:



there is a particulary thing i should notice and be careful in the motherboard i will choose ?

help me to understand, thanks in advance

I use one of these:

with my FX-8350 - it has worked well for a couple of years now.

Asus 990FX will be perfectly fine. I'm using an equivalent Gigabyte model with my FX8350

I looked on a website selling reputed in France. This is a good Asrock motherboard, complete with the main technological innovations. Lack of PCI Express 3.0. If you can put a few money extra for another motherboard, do not hesitate. If your budget does not allow it, then this motherboard is a good motherboard
