Since the vast majority of animals are from Asia and Africa, it would be nice to have a DLC that focuses more on animals from North/Central/South America such as:
Jaguar
Moose
American Alligator
Mountain Lion
Coyote
Giant Otter
Black Spider Monkey
Ocelot
Javelina

Also, from my personal wishlist: sloths, white-tailed deer and raccoons.
I think South America and North America would probably work better as separate DLCs, because the animals are so diverse, and there are so many they could include in each DLC.

• Eastern Moose.
• North American Cougar.
• Wolverine.
• American Alligator.

South America:

• Jaguar.
• Andean Bear.
• Capybara.
• Giant Anteater.

American Exhibits (separate DLC):

• Emerald Tree Boa.
• Blue Poison Dart Frog.
• Hellbender.
• Southern Coral Snake.
• Chilean Rose Tarantula.
• Tiger Salamander.

That's a vague idea of what I'd expect. Very few brand new animal models (anteater, capybara, wolverine), most animals based on existing models/animations (moose/reindeer/other hoofed animals, cougar/other big cats, alligator/other crocodilia, and so on).
