I recall playing Elite & trying to watch the original Live Aid concert on BBC2 - I still say Queen stole the concert that day - best performance by far!
That was pretty great and I'm not particuarly a fan. I remember my Dad said, in a somewhat old fashioned way, "He seems like a good looking chap." of Freddie Mercury, in that he was clean cut and well groomed unlike your Geldoff's and Knopflers or Brian May.

And for Queen, the light was just changing to dusk and the stagelights created a slightly odd effect that made it even more spectacular.
Midge Ure's grey leather coat and matching Strat took a lot of beating on a style front, though.
Back to the subject.......... I was so impressed with the C64's take on the Blue Danube that I pretty much stuck with that when I used a docking computer, other than that I'd played it enough that I just silently docked, having learned my skills on a BBC at work in the lunch hour.
