1) Go to Triton (20 ly)
2) look for hauler with mining lasers / refinery (not only Type 6 / 7 /9), they have low temperature diamonds
3) Interdict them, then wait for them to high wake into another system
4) Scan wake, follow them.
5) If the destination is anarchy, you can pirate them. If not, repeat 3) and 4)
6) Sell diamonds in Arywa Flirble blackmarket.
7) Enjoy your rep and credits

nb: take out their power plant, and shoot at their cargo hatch before using any hatch breaker limpet. Under 80%, their cargo hatch will malfunction every time it takes damage, even if it's 1 / 2 %.

Even in low/medium security this works. It takes at least five minutes before police show up in low sec space, and around 2 for medium security.

In medium security, I usually only grab a few tons then leave just as the police show up.

If you know what you're doing in low sec, you can collect the whole haul before the police show.

Doing it in anarchy space is no challenge. Sure it's easier, but live a little. Much more fun when the police can show up at any second.
