Something I'd like to see is a Cobra MkIII made in Minecraft.

I have heard it mentioned before, but that was as far as it got ... being mentioned. So, I hear you asking "Why don't you make it yourself in Minecraft?" Well, I don't play Minecraft. For me to do this, I'd have to literally learn to play Minecraft first, then I could make a Cobra MkIII.

So, what I am asking, my idea is, that those of you waiting for Beta or Gamma and play Minecraft, get together and make a Cobra MkIII in 1:1 scale and either stream it or upload videos of you making as a video series.

It would be something for you to do to take your minds off of going "is it here yet? is it here yet? is it here yet? ..." It would be something for us all to watch you do and would be a good community project. Once you've done a Cobra MkIII you could do the other ships too.

So, how about it? Any Minecraft players out there up to the challenge?

Brilliant!!!!

But ... here's what I was thinking for the above challenge ...
1. Must be made 1:1 scale, and able to walk around inside and get to and sit in, the cockpit.
2. Must be made from the correct materials as closely matched as possible
3. Must match as close as possible, the ships in Elite Dangerous

Also, those taking the challenge could try to replicate a planet-side station in FE2

I'll admit it's made totally by eye and could be better, but it's both flyable and a reasonable small ship for Starmade.
