An inadequate assignment from the team management! I decided to create the weakest team, without money and buildings and with weak drivers and staff. But the management in the first season asks to take 9th place or higher, otherwise they will be fired. I had to reduce the difficulty level for several races so that I could take 9th place. And you know what? For the next season, the management says to take 9 or higher again! This is wrong! For a weak team in the first season, the task should be 10-11 place. Because drivers with ratings below 70 and a car with a rating of 21-22 on average and above the difficulty level lag behind the 19th and 20th places very much. I want to quietly grow young people in my team for several seasons and not be afraid that I will be fired. I ask you to reduce the requirements of the management and the risk of dismissal to a minimum in the created team.
