An interesting and possibly bad idea

So with the oncoming power-play expansion we will be seeing drones such as, fuel and cargo drones.
How about instead of these pre-made drones we could upgrade them, give them different attachment, etc.
you would have many different combinations of attachments and upgrades.
And maybe we could have an advanced module that would allow you to create scripts for the drones and program them yourself

The drones are disposable so not a lot of point upgrading them they'll be gone once their internal fuel supply runs out.

sorry I meant that this is assuming that they are reusable and must be housed in a specialty module

Don't think they're going to rewrite the whole drone functionality over the next little while before they release beta I'm afraid.

Honestly didn't think I would get a reply this soon, but this is just an idea and wasn't counting on it existing, surprised you noticed it.
