An Update On Franchise Issues

We are aware of the issues that some players are still experiencing with our servers when trying to play Franchise Mode and the frustration this is causing.
We are actively investigating this issue as one of our highest priorities. To assist with this investigation, our team need your help!

To help our investigations we would be grateful if you could provide as much information as possible, including:
  • Where exactly you encountered the issue
  • A description of how the issue presented itself
  • Include any error messages displayed on screen
  • If you can, any approximate timings of when the issue occurred (such as after playing for 30 minutes or a few minutes after performing a specific task)

We’ll be carefully examining all your replies while we investigate this and will keep you up to date with any progress we make.

Found out earlier today that I'm still sometimes having Problems. Will take a Look at the Time next Time I play, so I can provide useful Informations as good as possible.
It has gotten way better though
 
Shortly after the last patch you did, things did improve significantly. And the last few visits into the game in the last few days have had no problems.
 
☹️ I do still seem to have Problems with the Souvenir Shop. I've started to build one yesterday, assuming that it won't cause Problems anymore and now my Zoo is stuck in the Loading Screen.
Should I send a Report to the same Link that was posted for Franchise Issues?

I think a regular report would be best - that link seems to be specific to the server issues people were reporting. They're obviously having problems tying down the primary cause, but must have found something either physically with the servers or something that was fixed in the last patch as that seemed to stop the problem happening for a fair number of people.

I have noticed franchise sever issues the last two nights after about an hour of play- I resubmitted the form just as a notification in case something is up.
 
Franchise mode is nearly unplayable sometimes on my PS5. Last night i had disconnects nearly every minute. Check your internet -> press X, Reconnect -> press X, back in game almost instant. Annoying. I also can only see half of my friends and when one visits i can not greet him to get CC. Yes, i reinstalled the game and submitted a report. Hope this will get fixed soon.
 
I've been playing for several weeks and had 2 or 3 crashes - they only happened while letting the game play for a while ( to build up cash flow ) or if I left in on pause while afk. So no commonality there apart from Franchise - which is the only game mode I play.
 
Hey y’all, I just recently started having this problem a couple days ago…..any update on how this is going? I put in a ticket and everything, but I play pretty exclusively in franchise mode (I like the color morphs) so I’m kind of concerned.
 
The green dot shows I'm online, but a message on the main menu says I'm not connecting to the server, and I can not access any animals on the trade and storage screens.Frustrating.
 
I have the same issue since a few days ago. It's impossible to access the trading centre in Franchise, it just doesn't pop up when clicking it. :(

Edit: Verifying the game files seems to have helped

Edit2: No it did not :( This is how it looks now when I try to open the market/Trade centre;

And the last update in this thread from Frontier is from January? How about updating users on the current issues?
 
So I guess a whole weekend (at least) before it's possible to play again :( If I accidentaly click on the broken Trade centre, I am after that unable to open anything in the game. I get the broken, half open window as shown in the pic in my previous post on EVERYTHING -.-
Also, it's not possible to sell/release any animal from the zoo, as nothing at all happen when I try
 
That said, I just loaded up after not playing for a week, and find no problems with the franchise zoos. Which hints at a hard to replicate problem which could take them a while to identify the cause for. As much information as possible from the people who do have the problem may help them tie down a common element that might be significant.

Pre Patch Zoo - Okay
Post Patch Zoo - Okay
I have several other zoos that fit both those situations so will assume they are okay too.
