Ship Builds & Load Outs Anaconda build (x2!)

So I've been screwing around with potential builds, and two of which I've crafted. Both are 'Heavy Interdictors', built for long service range and heavy combat.

My problem is a mixture of the weapons set and the heavy reliance of power play equipment.

Basically, I'm looking for improvements and critique on these two, since I like doing a lot of build theorycrafting. While I'm only a moderately skilled player. (I say moderate, due to the fact that, despite the amount of hours I've sank into the game, my PvP experience is very limited; two victories in PvP, two grief attempt getaways, one of which was a log to the main menu since my boosters got knocked out while running away. I regret nothing; the guy was in a fully kitted python and I admit I'm bad.)
 
What is your goal? PvP, PvE?

Anyway I have 2 observations:

1. Shield:
I can say for certain that not being able to use SCBs with hardpoints deployed will get you in trouble very fast, even in PvE.
With an Anaconda you can not evade shots, anyone will hit you who wants to. You are better off with a weaker max shield and more active SCBs. I'd recommend to be able to charge at least 1 ring with one shot.

2. Weapons:
Fixed multicannons on the class1 hardpoints? Those are at the very back of the ship, have you ever tried aiming with them? The enemy has to be below your nose to hit him. Perhaps put there something auto-aiming like turrets or missiles.
