Anaconda loadout questions.

Curious, I've been reading traders saying they were able to fit an anaconda with shields AND a fuel scoop AND still have 436 cargo capacity, I can do this capacity now but I can't get an A4 fuel scoop in like how they mentioned it.

Has the anaconda been nerfed in this regard since I didn't have it?

the only way i can see of having that configuration is to swap the shield generator out for a cargo rack and put it in a class 4 slot instead of the class 6 it starts in:
