It's most annoying thing about 'conda. Every time I launch SCB I feel like my ship is exploding.

I have an exploration Anaconda that I've been sorting out with engineering mods.

I came back from Sag A* a few weeks after engineers dropped and I was doing okay until yesterday, when it just got a whole lot easier, which is great.

I have no idea what you're talking about though. With all my modules powered in normal space I run at 18% heat. Down near a star I get a solid 65% during scooping, and if I mess up and plonk myself into the gravity well I can escape with a High Wake without busting 100.


A while ago I had a combat anaconda, it wasn't the same one because I got a Corvette with the aid of trade in. This was also before the SCB heat increase, so I never experienced this problem.


Feeling ultra smug right now. :cool:

It's just highlighting how dramatic it is when the conda goes above 100%.

isn't it the same with most things though?

My 'Vette starts sparking and blaring the moment it hits 100%

Although I must say it has been a good few months since I had an Anaconda overheat, and I just watched a video about it, and it seems very.... explodey.
Almost Star Trek "Don't stand at a panel during a battle!" explodey.
