I remember someone saying that the Anaconda's side corridors are not to scale, i.e. too small, but I dismissed it as on-screen it appeared OK. I spent a little time yesterday actually getting into terms with the size of that ship, and I realized it is true - at least that's my impression.
What I did:
- Fit a xeno-scanner at the bow of the ship, but your viewing angle will be like hanging in the air
- Another utility mount's viewing angle in the outfitting screen actually puts you right at the bow of the ship --> quite good vantage point, as you can practically walk on the ship's bow and get into terms of the scale
- Now from that point I noted, that the height of the xeno scanner must be around 1.7 meters - around the size of an average person
- Switch to a side view, and see the size of the doors in the corridor are off-scale compared to the size of the xeno-scanner
Bit disappointing, so I hope someone will prove me wrong!
