Anarchy factions not giving out missions?

Has anyone else noticed this? Most of the times I visit the mission board the anarchy factions have no missions.

I noticed a pretty big drop in missions in general after one of the last 3.0.X patches came out.

Except for massacre missions.. Go to a system in war and you'll stack up 20 massacre missions to kill a combined total of 1,500 ships no problem. Everyone else there will only offer 3-5 missions.

You need to move around a bit, don't matter how many times you visit a system they only have one or two mission types. I blame it on the new wing missions.

There was a change reducing the total number of missions in one of the patches because it was causing disconnects I believe.
Which is a shame because having more choice meant that the boards were more than just massacre and wing deliveries.

I've never had this problem, and I work exclusively for anarchy factions.

Visited about 15 systems today and all the Anarchy factions had the usual amount of missions. Is it just happening in one (or a small number) of systems you're visiting?
