Anarchy system list

Try searching the galaxy map around Phekda area. Phekda itself isn't anarchy but some areas around it were like Tiethay I think was one and Sobek before the CG.
Timocani, around that area I noticed a couple and some were converting to anarchy.
Canopus, I think thats how its spelled, I think that is anarchy but far out on the edge of habited space and low population.
That some that I can remember from my travels.

Such a list would be kind of useless since everything outside human populated space is listed as anarchy. You could try using the galaxy map filter though, just set the population size filter to something above 0 and the government to anarchy, should show you a good selection of systems near you.
Aye that works sort of. You also need to look at the system map and see what group holds the system, if it sounds like a pirate mob then you can be sure it will be a proper anarchy.

I would, but if you're going to be Bounty Hunting, then no 
Bounty Hunters kill anarchy systems, and there's no way to stop them because pirates don't have enough incentive to pirate.
Alirght, I'll give you Riedquat, Pukkeenat, Frigh... and Kolabinates.
There's also HIP 4005 and Zelada, but if you touch either of them, especially Zelada, will find you, and I will kill you.
