ancient ruins mission...

what is the problem with those guys who shoots everyone who goes ruins...? do I really need to play solo that part of the game...? they even dont bother asking anything... they just start directly shooting... and that idiots always have anaconda, cutter... that sort of ships... what can I do with my asp, as an explorer...? nothing...

those guys, if u read this, I have to say you represent good example of humanity...

Do we need to play in Solo? Yes! Just been hit but the very same player (and a wing) in open which I only switched to abit. :/ No comms or anything but bang bang I'm dead. Some times.......

You need to remove the commander name from your post. The forum rules do not allow you to name commanders that you don't like. You are allowed to praise commanders though, even though that doesn't make much sense.

There is an alternative to doing that part of the game in solo. There are large player groups that you can join where you won't get shot at by other players.

Although the CMDR in question enjoys the notoriety, he is quite reasonable and will engage in organised activities, as long as there can be some PvP in it somewhere.... I can see that his presence at the Ancient Ruins is not welcome; if you were able to provide an armed defence force for him to fight against and have a "no shooting at SRV" rules, he would probably go along with it, but that may not suit your gameplay style.

There is, for people who believe that unlocking the ruins can be done better as a team, Möbius. Or indeed many other private groups. I haven't yet exhausted all the options from working on my own (although I'm aware others have).

Yeah just do solo, or join the Mobius PvE group.

It's all a bit crap but there you go.

As it stands the game's bottom feeders hang around site like this specifically to ruin people's day. There are no repercussion to their actions, they can just keep killing people the game doesn't give a monkey's.

Just go solo or Mobius, job done. I suspect this is not what Frontier would like, but in the end they control the game so until such time as they make efforts to sort it, just go Mobius.

You *do* know the one thing these CMDRs are desperately seeking, right? Attention. Naming them is not only against the forum rules, it also gives them exactly what they crave and encourages more bullying in the future.

I just edited my post to remove that name I gave before, because of many just and right suggestions made here... however though I want to explain why I post this...

there may be some punishment about that kind of people, who shoots innocents... for example, when entered a base we r having random scans right...? that scans may find "shooting records" also ... and that may cause them having bounty... this may be good for both sides... players, who claims crime thinks about it twice... and if they do, they know they have to avoid scans... by that, they feel more like criminals... there is no need to explain innocents side of the situation I guess...

i wonder if one of these guys goes to a pub, and comes out later to find his car all smashed up by vandals, and screams "Yes! excellent! wow, this is great!"

somehow i think he'd chuck the biggest wet ever seen outside of the ocean...

You are forgetting, that this game can also be played by children. And children just do their thing, because they can. And they usually don't own a car

Anyway, I've been murdered only three times in the game and I play most of the time in the open. I would also like to explore antient ruins in the open simply because of all the friendly cmdrs out there. The universe and game itself is so much more alive, when there are actualy human players ships landed and you have someone to talk to. This killing thing can easily be corrected by having some consequences to murder.

yes... I am talking about that also... devs can do something about it... like my suggestion... I dont know any child that doing what ever they want in reality... there must be some control over them...
