Animals not holding in hot place during winter

Got an issue,where i built special winter house for my flamingos with all enrichment and feeding throughs, and even a pool. But during the winter,they still kept freezing outside instead of stay inside

Animals will use all their enclosures, even parts they specifically dislike, because...I guess they are not so clever. The only way the flamingos use the house exclusively during winter is forcing them to, closing the access to other areas.

you could just place temp heaters during winter yea it costs but if they wont use the hot area its not a bad option.
