Animated NPC Crew in Cockpit,please...?!

Ever since I got my ASP (and Multicrew ships thereafter), I was wondering why my poor Pilot-Avatar was doomed to fly through the void alone.
Even when he is hiring NPC Crew-Wo/Men, all that is accompanying him, is a bodyless voice coming from off-stage, all the time. That's not only sad, it breaks the atmosphere of the game in my opinion.

This can be done better:

As I assume the NPC-Crew-Portraits are generated via a similar system like the HoloMes are, why not incorporate said crewmen and -women as their own distinct HoloMes and put them on the empty Co-Pilot-Chairs while in flight or in the pilot seats of the fighters they are supposed to fly, or on the pilot seat of your mothership when you are out in space flying the fighter yourself?
To extend it, you could even have them animated as stepping down from their chair and move to another free seat or station back on the shis bridge once PC-players take over their position or have them move out of the cockpit-door "to do something significant off-screen."

This creates immersion and gives you the feeling that your avatar is indeed hiring a crew rather than renting an imaginary friend.

Also, would it be possible to have your pilot-avatar/HoloMe or the crewmans HoloMe (or both) stand outside on the plattform next to the ship talking to a mechanic, once you have landed? Again, this would help to proper fathom the size of the ship, and your avatar to be seen more often and again take away the sterility of the ports you have landed in. Just a tiny bit more animations to give the game a flair of life.

Cheers,

J.T.
