Animatronic triggered scenes for train ride

I like the animatronics they have done so far. I would like to see some that you can hide along the sides of a train ride to make it more exciting. Like the skeletons and pirates that shoot each other.
 
This would be awesome! I imagine ourselves making a pirate dark ride with lots of details and animatronics [heart]

I think it could be a very good idea to have the ability to manage many events and triggers on rides and in the park, all "mini show" could be managed by a sequencer which could launch all the actions in different cases : every 60s, when it detects a movement, ...

  • Lights flashing (or else), like a lightning
  • Sounds FX playing (thunderstorm for example)
  • Action on objects triggering (for example a giant squid which could scare the peeps on coaster when it passes)
  • Rain or water going down

P.S. : I was at Universal Studios (L.A.) 2 monthes ago and the studios visit inspired me !

Nice to see that there are more people who share my ideas.

it would be really awesome if we had the animatronics react when the ride arives at it's point.
this could be done by motion detector or maybe an activation system u have to select in the rails when you are building (so an activation rail on the coaster)
 
I'd like this too. If you look at Alpha videos and look at the way the Kraken works, he currently pops up and down on a pre-set cycle, so if you have him hidden behind a turn on a coaster for example you might not always be guaranteed to see him leap out when the car passes. To be able to trigger him as the car approaches would be excellent.

Perhaps this could work by being able to lay a 'trigger' piece of ride track and then linking a node to a nearby animatronic object (I'd like the option to trigger objects of varying distances from the ride track).
