Announcement Time Speculation for Summer 2023

Hey everyone

So when do we think that the announcement for the next dlc or the next update will be? Will it be within the week, the next week, or do we still have a month to go?

What do you guys think?

I would say this week, Update 1.14 & Special Livestream Wednesday or Thursday, and DLC announcement Thursday or Friday and Launch Day 20th in June.

I think this week is a little bit early. I guess an announcement will come around the 15th

Yeah I think the 27th is a more realisitc release date for the DLC. I'm preparing for that, so if it is earlier I'll be pleasantly surprised rather than being bummed out if we don't hear anything next week.

JWE2 DLC announcement: June 11 (30th anniversary of originally Jurassic Park movie)

If we're lucky: Thursday of the following week (June 15th) will be Planet Zoo's turn.

If we're unlucky and for some reason Frontier decides another week is needed as cool-down, then not before June 22 or even later.

Never before has PLZ DLC been released before JWE2. So the earliest is June 15th.

Summer DLCs released on 22nd and 21st June, so I think that the release date for the next DLC is 20th June. I also think this week is likely for announcement and special livestream, hopefully. We shall wait and see

Thinking it'll be this week more than next week, but it's also very possible it'll be next week with a release of the 27th. If we don't hear anything this week I don't think we should worry or panic. I'm not even impatient, just excited. That'll probably change if we hear no kind of news all month.

Well at least frontier confirmed that It won't be a JP dlc sadly

I think we'll get an update and DLC announcement sometime in the next week. My prediction:
June 8: 1.14 update announcement, livestream teaser
June 9: DLC announcement
June 20: 1.14 update and DLC release

Well, it seems I was right on the money with the release date! I was a couple of days off with the update announcement, but I don't mind being wrong here!
