Announcement Time Speculation Summer 2023 for JWE2

Hey everyone

I did a post of this over on the Planet Zoo forum too, I am just curious as to what the community is speculating.

So when do we think that the announcement for the next dlc or the next update will be? Will it be within the week, the next week, or do we still have a month to go?

What do you guys think?

Considering the 9th June is the 30th Anniversary since the movie's premiere, I'm hoping we get something for then. If not I definitely won't be impressed with Frontier that's for sure...

11th seems to be it, it's the date on the postage stamps in capture mode anyway.

I still wouldn't say it's likely for then exactly, seeing it's a Sunday.

Ok, Premiered on the 9th but release on the 11th. I knew it was either one of those dates...

the original JP had nothing with aquatic in it. so i guess it will be decoration from the movie.

There is not telling if the missing species (especially Microceratus) be added or not.

I know but the dev also said they will not make a dlc featuring the jurassuc park anniversary. The upcoming next dlc must have other content

Something tells me we'd might get a DLC either later this month or in July after seeing how they did the last pack, it was announced much later in the month than halfway.

It is worth noting that the update felt a lot like JWE1’s two free dinosaur updates for Fallen Kingdom and BaBR, something which I didn’t think it was going to be.

Frontier are extremely cohesive with releasing Jurassic content for both JWE games. Even more so than anyone I’ve ever seen speculate on what may be coming and how.

Back on subject however, I would say anytime this month at earliest, and I still believe it will be an expansion pack of either Camp Cretaceous or Site B.

I think Site B is more relevant to Jurassic Park.

In the film's sequel, John Hammond said, "Isla Nublar was just a showroom for tourists. Site B was the factory floor. That was on Isla Sorna, 80 miles from Nublar".
