Annoying startup message (Voiceattack)

Have you ever got tired of the "You are embarking on a journey..." message when ED is loading?
Ever wanted to get rid of it?

Rename the files in the following locations, and wait in peace.

C:\Program Files (x86)\VoiceAttack\Sounds\hcspack\Role
C:\Program Files (x86)\VoiceAttack\Sounds\hcspack\Profile Sounds\Generic\Profile\((RS - Welcome))\Verbose

6 files in all.
Job done.

Is this a spoken thing?
I only have one voice installed on voice attack and she says something different. Something that must not be bothering me because I can't remember what it is. Probably welcome back commander.

I only have Chase (Mira Furlan).

Yeah, it's spoken. Gives you a spiel about embarking on a journey only attempted by Kirk, Spock... blah blah blah.

I have ASTRA. Perhaps it's only for that.

I have lots of crew* and I do remember getting the message you are on about from time to time. Normally I just get the welcome back and the all systems check etc - so it might just be Astra. Sometimes there is a chit-chat type of thing triggered with many of the packs, not always at the start though.

* I blame the sales events they have.
