Does anyone else get this from time to time?

There's an annoying ticking sound, almost like a stopwatch going. Like the menu selection clicking continuously. A relog doesn't seem to get rid of it.

Yes. I thought it was an intermittent local RF source. I doesn't happen often (although I do have the volume turned down so may miss it sometimes).

Or is it more like the system selection noise when you click on a star in the galaxy map? That's another sound effect that often gets stuck looping.

Is anyone else hearing a turn/indicator signal in their ship? It sounds like I've got hazard warning lights activated.

I can also confirm there's a constant ticking / chirping coming from your ship when in local space on surfaces.

Its only audible in headphones with or without dtx (all via the same windows sound output).

Any ideas if its possible to turn off, or there's no chance this is going to be fixed? Don't use headphones?

Okay it went away.. pretty sure it is some sort of edge case with the docking computer / and the new landing assist function..

It feels like maybe if the descent starts, and at some point during it changes its mind, or has to recalculate, one of the beeps doesn't get turned off after you land. Its could be the specific beep (sounds like a ticking) that occurs during orientation on a sloping surface.. or once the blue aiming circle is visible on the radar.. not exactly sure.

I sometimes get it and have never had a docking computer or advanced docking computer installed.

Yes, only goes away by relogging to menu. It sounds like the background menu noise (left or right panel in the ship), multiplied and looped.

Yes, I noticed it a few weeks ago. Wasn't sure if it was part of the Cobra Mk III that I was flying. I notice it much more in headphones than using speakers. I think I've mentally tuned it out now.
