A couple of times now I've had anonymous access at stations with no fines or bounties at that location. I have a federation bounty at the moment, but there's no option to turn myself in with the administrative contact, and no option to pay it off at the interstellar factor. Is this a bug?

Sometimes you need a complete exit game (like, close to desktop)/re- enter to see the issue.
C&P is all flavours of bugged since Odyssey launched, but nothing's been done.
I would have logged off/on eventually anyway, since it's always one of the those steps when the game what's me, but I did find this post and it made it happen sooner lol.
I had been to jail and was still anonymous, I had paid the bounty, but there was also a fine that didn't log until after logout/login.
