Ships Another Bromellite for Bill Tuner thread

So I purchased 50t of Bromellite from a fleet carrier, to unlock Bill Turner .
12 mil credits gone, and Bromellite is not in my cargo.
Now I don't mind if buying is not an option and I actually need to mine it to unlock the engineer ... but have I just been conned out of 12 mil credits? Is it a bug, have I missed something? Do I need a refinery onboard when buying Bromellite?

Nvm... one ragequit later and after re-login the Bromellite is there. That was fun
