Another easter egg discovered in ROSS 860 in the audio!

Folloing a tip on raxxla or clues on it, got me to ROSS 860 .... Upont exploring the site a bit i was passing by the 2 FED cap ships, when i found a stranges noise in the audio...
then i found this:

I can't for the life of me remember when I saw this, but it has been known for a long time than braben's face is hidden in the waterfall of some audio, this is probably just an old easter egg sadly.
