There is NO instant ship transfer, it's that simple as is.
At the moment any CMDR accepts a ship transfer from station A to station B, his original ship is disassembled at the station A and assembled in the same configuration at station B.
This service is partial paid by selling the ship parts at station A and a fee that CMDR is paying at station B.
If the ship in question includes crew, at the moment of transfer the original crew stay on station A, and new temporary crew (basic skills) is assigned at station B.
