Another Qol i personaly find very nice (wishfull thinking)...

For those that like to explore (including my self) i would like in the future , when you select a system as a destination in the galaxy map , to have an additional tag that says this system has been/ hasn't been explored (of first discovered by .....) so new and veteran explorers can focus more easily in never before explored systems.I imagine with that we cound a have higher rate of discovery of our galaxy. What do you think?:)

It would make it easy for explorers to 'hoover up' undiscovered star systems close to the Bubble, for sure. Not sure if that's a good or a bad thing.

But heading out into the black a few thousand lyrs above or below the Galactic plane guarantees new discoveries anyway.

It would also create a Schrödinger's System situation in which a system is both unexplored and explored until the data is sold or destroyed.

Not really, as the data doesn't count until it is sold. While I do like the idea on a personal level, I think it would be detrimental to the game and so wouldn't want it implemented.

Not if the first discovered by is applied!
The "discovered by" tag is applied as soon as the CMDR in question sells the data, unless they die first, then nothing happens.
So if you were to plot a route to such a system it might change status half way there, or even half way back.

I like it the way it is.
I like that I can be way out in the black finding systems that no one has been to before and then suddenly come across one with a name on. Even better if it's a name that I recognise.
This would be gone if I could look in advance along my route.

That's a very good point - I like that too. Kind of makes me feel less alone when thousands of light years away from civilisation. :) Of course, it can also be annoying when the next ten systems you jump to have also been discovered, but that only usually happens to me in nebulae or when heading to tourist beacons like Beagle Point.

I am against it because you should have no way of knowing since you didn't buy the data.
