Another schizophrenianic mission

I saw a thread a couple of days ago complaining about the RNG which generates all the bulletin board missions. Those missions seem to be completely random combination of issueing faction, target system, and target type. What's wrong with one Empire faction asking you to assault another Empire system, when you can find them rewarding you for killing their OWN authority ships?

Like this, Kuwemargl Patrons of Law in system Ngadakhis wants someone to kill authority ships in Kuwemargl, where they themselve are the damn authority...

The ships they want you to target are "bad cops". In the ED universe, law enforcement is a bit Judge Dredd. Bad cops don't get sacked or suspended. They get taken out with the trash.
