I should not have called him a scrub in the spirit of good PVP.

I said his attempt to grief me did not go well.

I was on my way back from the haz res and he just pulled me out of sc to cause well, grief. Hence...a griefer.

Yes griefer is what you actually said...
By your own definition (which I agree to) I would not call someone a griefer if he belonged to an opposing power and attacked you, belonging to an enemy power.
Perhaps I am missing something.

People here get their panties in a knot over the misuse of the terms griefer and ganker. Language evolves over time. That's how it works, but there will always be the "conservatives" fighting to maintain the original meanings.

Substitute the word "griefer" in your video for "the legitimate power player attacker" and you'll get complaints from someone else for your verbosity. Btw, this is an example of why i hate power play. If someone wants to grief me they're gonna get wanted and face system cops.

I agree man.

The most rediculous thing is when you get griefed and then they complain you have crimes on.

Theres an alarming amount of players who think that a legitimate complaint too.

I just laugh at them.

They are griefing you.

There’s no griefing here - simply pointing out your understanding of the term seems to be very amateurish.

The fact the battle was fought within the confines of PowerPlay, an admitted vehicle for player vs. player conflict, makes your understanding of the topic even more suspect.

Furthermore, why hunt that Corvette so mercilessly after the battle was clearly won? Maybe you’re not as gold hearted as you think.
