Another Station in Same system?

Hi guys was curious about something,I already built a Tier 2 Station in my system but was wondering something if I would build another Station but Tier 3 this time would the 3 week 4 day timer to finish it happen again or will I be able to take my time to finish it?

I only ask cause the Tier 3 Station would want around 45,000 CMM composites,Steel around 50,000 something etc.

Only the primary station has a time requirement. Once the primary starport or outpost is built, there are no timers for subsequent structures. You can take as much time as you need to complete everything after constructing the initial primary starport or outpost.
