I wouldn't want to overdo it. Just there is lots of drama going on in the galaxy but if you are travelling through sometimes you would never know. So I am not sure how there sound effects are coded but if you jumped into a system and it had an outbreak you could be warned about quarantine regulations etc. similar for other states civil war etc.
Doesn't have to be always in English could mix it up. Its the sound effect of voice chatter I'm talking about not the text. I think there is an attempt to do this sort of thing with the text but it often asks me to enlist in systems with nothing going on. Its background voice chatter so small low quality sound files would do.
