Roller Coasters "Antares Anomaly" - Featured on Channel5Gaming!

Yay! :)
Hello everyone. Here, let me share this:
Some time ago, some of you might remember, I released the NCC1071 Cyrene ride "Antares Anomaly" blueprint. A super-compact deployable. Well... comes out I was featured in C5G's "Coaster Spotlight" :) Yay! ^^

Heh, I really liked those mini planets around the coaster. Man, how long did it take to place all those rocks? You have way more patience than I do. [haha]

Nice color scheme and very nice, neat queue lines. I'm guilty of not putting much thought into queues, so it's nice to see people coming up with creative and aesthetically pleasing solutions for them.

Agree with the dude in the video, the colors are perfect for arctic parks. Nice details on the stellar objects as well. My only constructive criticism might be a suggestion to use a bit more light for night mode -- used sparingly, of course, it can really add some nice warmth (in the color sense) to rides and buildings.

But it's really hard to find fault with any of this, as it's excellent, and I'm partial to small-footprint coasters, so you've got a thumbs-up from me. Cheers!

That is so gorgeous. I am especially in awe at the star (binary?) in the front right. Did you use pictures or build it from scratch?

Thanks, everyone :) much appreciated!

A good amount of time, I'd say :) I adjusted each rock to make it "look good" when visible in guest's FoV.

Not sure what part you mean... but all parts were "designed" (invented?) by me from scratch :)
I do love astronomy and sci-fi movies, if that explains :)

I see what you mean and normally I would agree... but, in this specific case, this darkness is exactly what I was meant to obtain. Some lights were positioned and properly tweaked to project just small amounts of light in specific corners... but the whole ride is about flying around in deep space (even if fashioned in a sort of "micro-manga" style) so the darkness makes our eyes go to all lighted objects, giving the illusion of being in deep space and seeing some distant planet... hopefully creating a deeper sense of immersion during this quick journey :)
