anti-federation community goal

why you can choose only federation side in fight of volungu? I mean why devs placed only federation community goal?
I'm empire commander, i tried fight on empire side... but what can i do? it's 10v1 fight!
I ( like every empire commander ) want empire community goal ( like in lugh ), it will give choice for players.

Could ask the question "Why are no Emprial commanders coming over and fighting in the conflict zones along side their bretheren who are getting slaughtered as there's no help"

I noticed this problem with the goal for BV Phonetics. The story behind it was that the system was invaded by a fed faction and Kui Hsien asked the empire for help. They survived, barely, and can no longer afford the repayments on the weapons. So the senator laid waste to the system.

I mean, what the hell man, you just saved them from annihilation just to do it yourself?

Sure, I took part - but I think it would add a lot to the game to have more moral decisions that need to be made.

Perhaps they do it to try and discourage PvP. You just have to decide where you support that goal or not - if you don't, wait for another.

That said, from a role-play perspective, I don't think my character gives two hoots, he's killed enough pirates.

Maybe there will be a time (probably with powerplay) where there are simultaneous community goals from multiple factions involved in the same conflict and you can sign up to your preferred faction then. But in this case, it's in Federation space against a seemingly isolated Imperial faction. Obviously people RPing as Imperial commanders don't care enough to deny this goal and so aren't bothered about joining Imperial forces there with you. I guess either get enough people together to put up a decent fight, or write it off as a lost cause.

As an aside, I'm allied with the Imperial faction involved but I really couldn't care less about helping them out...
