So I just made Elite last night. After grinding and grinding for a long, long, loonnng time. For some reason, I was hoping for something - maybe the screen would light up, I’d hear a big booming voice saying “Congratulations, you da man!” then unlock me a fun new skin for my ship… something.

Instead I get a message saying ‘You made elite’… yawn.

Booo Frontier! Talk about anticlimactic… just say’n. This meme is for all of the Elite players out there:)

You get access to the Founders World (if it's your first Elite), access to higher paying missions, the game still carries on though.
What kind of thing were you expecting?

The reward structure in elite is seriously borked. You never get anything good for your efforts, grind CR, buy new ship. End of story.

I really hope it is on this year roadmap to make better reward system.
