Are there any groups out there who specialise in backing anarchist/pirate factions? I've been having some fun recently building my rep with various ne'er-do-wells and running illegal missions and I'd like to try supporting such a faction in a more organised way, but I don't really know what I'm doing with the background sim and it's hard to achieve a measurable effect on my own.
