Newcomer / Intro Any Chance Of A Price Drop In Say 3 Months?

Hi

Just wondering if anyone knows if Frontier games ever lower their game prices. I am on a tight budget and £40 is just unaffordable for me.(anyone who says £40 isn't much please send it to me :) As it is only available from one site and no competition I was just curious if it was possible that the price would never drop. Your opinions would be welcome.

Well consider the game is just released it would be more then likely it will stay this price for at-least 3 months.

Also consider the way this game has been released it was the most obvious option to keep the retailing within there own company.
Unlike lets say EA they don't have much connection with retailers.

I too am on a very tight budget but luckily had just sold something so was able to buy this game. Luckily i had a left over amazon voucher from last xmas that almost covered the joystick.

My advice... save £4 a week(surely that is possible) and in ten weeks you can buy it which is a little less than three months... personally i think it is worth every penny of £40.

I could possibly do £4 a month but not each week.

I'd be surprised.

I remember not buying the original elite because it was £15 and games were £9.99 tops at the time, more often £7 or £8
Finally got it in '88 when I had a job.
