I don't think that is possible.
You will have to buy two copies to be able to do that and the saves will not be compatible either.

This might be a strange response, since I don't know your situation, but why don't you just buy it on PC? You can play that at home too, can't you?

Why would you want to buy it from the Microsoft store? Just buy it steam and download the steam app on all your devices.

PS4 owners might be able to play the game on a PS Vita if they own one. I think the PS Vita works with the PS4 and will stream the game to it.
