I have to admit that I'm a bit underwhelmed by PP. I like the updates to the game but PP itself just seems to be lacking something. I'm finding it hard to become immersed in something that has me shipping some stuff from here to there in return for a small amount of PP credits or shooting stuff for one PP credit per kill. Sure I'm giving it a go and seeing if I can get to a rank that lets me access some different kit, but I could just as easily use my stack of game credits without the hard grind. I think that defeats the object a bit.
Maybe I'd feel more into it if I saw missions on the bulletin board that help my faction, but I'm not that certain as they'd probably be similar to what is already there.
To try to put it into perspective I started out this week with every intention of getting involved in PP but kept getting sidetracked with running the more lucrative and interesting missions in the BB. PP just doesn't feel interesting somehow. Does anyone feel immersed in this without having to add a major amount of their own narrative?
