Any empire systems that give CZ massacre missions?

I've visited 8 systems in war/civil war and all they had was the usual salvage/delivery/skimmer and donation missions, I have checked if the galaxy map wasn't just showing wrong info, every time after docking I have switched the game mode a few times to refresh the board, all of those systems had conflict zones.
Is there something I'm missing?

Yeah I've noticed this too. The only difference I've seen is if the controlling faction is at war/civil war it seems to spawn these missions more frequently. So it may be based on how much system influence a faction has. But in general sometime the mission generator seems to spawn a low number of any mission for no discernible reason. Jumping between open, private and solo play helps to bring these mission types out though. May be there is another factor that contribute to there presence/frequency?

Are you trusted by the local faction?

They only hand out the good missions to people they trust.

People new to the organization only get courier work.

EDIT: please note one of the factions involved, Sentinel, was set up by a an Xbox based player group. Personally I would support this faction as I tend to help out minor factions set up by players, and they are having a hard time given they set up in a trade hub with lots of RES sites. It's a tough nut to crack.
