Just upgrading my newly acquired Cutter and after issues find ports that have certian equipment upgrades and NO large landing pads i feel the need to preemptively ask: Do any engineers NOT have largee landing pads?
What he said. If you get docking permission denied chances are there are several large player ships there sat on the large pads. Go to PG/Solo or wait it out until they shift.
