Any feedback on Mobius or FleetCom?

Looking for feedback on these two groups to help me decide which one to try joining. I'm looking for a very non-PvP group with a pretty large and active private session (?) presence, and that principally focus on Exploration, or, at least has a very supportive and active Exploration contingent.
These two seem to best fit the bill.
Any feedback on what traits or qualities one has over the other to help me decide?
(And no, not joining both even though both groups are non-exclusive. I really only have the mental bandwidth to participate in one group, so I need to choose one or the other.)
Thanks for any feedback!

Both have slightly different scopes and rules that govern their Code of Conduct :

Mobius Rules :

FleetComm Rules :

Mobius incorporates basically all PvE Activities incl. BGS, so they represent a "jack of all trades" concerning in-game activities.
FleetComm has a very distinct focus on Exploration.

It might be notable the Mobius is spread over several Private Groups due to total size, meaning the Playerbase is a bit fragmented (MOBIUS PVE EURASIA, MOBIUS PVE AMERICA, MOBIUS FACTIONS)
FleetComm so far is a single Private Group.
(notwithstanding the natural split between PC, XBOX, PS4)

PS.
Unless you wish to be very active (social) in these Groups i.e. via their Discord Servers and stick to one exclusively, there's no harm in joining both.

FleetCom tends to be more active when the Exploration community is "doing something", a la, expeditions or events. This is not to say that there won't be players available, only that there are More players when things are happening.

Mobius doesn't follow that sort of focus because, while FleetCom evolved out of the pre-FSS era of Expeditions, Mobius evolved out of the desire for generally respectful player interaction. In effect, Mobius fulfills the lack of a PvE flag by enacting a Gentlemen's Agreement.
